Join us for a relaxing night of Reiki. We will start the evening with meditation and spiritual discussion after which we begin our Reiki circle where you will be able to share your energy with like-minded people. All participants will get a turn receiving and giving energy.

We will focus on the following:

Meditation and focusing on our breath
Set our intentions for the upcoming month
Reiki share
Chakra Balancing
Guided Spiritual message to set your intention for the coming weeks.

Light snacks are provided. To help continue this group and help offset the cost, donations are welcome!

This Reiki Level I workshop will introduce you to the philosophy and practical techniques of Reiki l. At the end of the workshop, you will be attuned to the first level of Reiki and reach a practical knowledge of the first two Reiki symbols. You will be shown the way for energy to flow through you in order for you to become a confident Reiki practitioner. Refreshments will be served. Certification included.
